I'm currently in my bulking stage , Last year i leaned out too early and i did not like my results.

Depending how you lean out, you can lose a lot of muscle mass. A good rule is to lose 1-2lbs a week, anything more could be lost muscle. The best option would be to check your body's fat composition weekly but that's not always accurate depending on what method you use.
