These past 2 weeks I noticed that my muscle and strength gains were little to none. Knowing that plateaus are caused by either a bad diet, an over used workout plan or over training I decided to take a week off and change my routine by working out different days of the week and by using different exercises for each muscle group and right away I see a difference. Every workout I feel energized and more motivated to lift. Also by using different exercises I feel like my muscles are getting a lot more of my workouts and are usually pretty sore the next day. So now as a rule of thumb I'll start taking a week off for every 8-10 weeks of a workout plan and change the routine and incorporate different exercises.

I do take nitric oxide like NO Xplode or Nitrix, the problem with that is like any other supplement i become tolerant to it, so i don't think it's a real good fix.
