Thumbs up Best Sleep Aide

Time to time I have those nights where I just can't sleep and I have found that taking melatonin about 30-60 minutes before bed does wonders. It doesn't completely knock you out but when you're trying to sleep this works every time. You can get the Optimum brand for pretty cheap.

one of the active ingredients in there is melatonin.. plus melatonin's a cheaper fix than sleep md.
