This year I made my first trip to the Arnold Expo after hearing so much about it and what an experience! This years Expo was expected to be the largest out of all the years with more than 700 booths and a projected 160-200,000 people attending. Soon as I walked in I met up with Jay Cutler (really nice guy by the way) and was able to get a picture with the former Mr.Olympian champ. I also saw the current Mr.O Dexter Jackson with Lou Ferrigno, but was unable to get a picture with them due to the massive swarm of people. It's funny when you're walking around and you can point out everyone that you've seen in magazines and commercials. Every where I turned I received free samples from various manufacturers like ON, VPX, BSN, EST... by the end of my visit I had two bags worth of samples. I would definitely consider revisiting next year.
